Refund policy

IN STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

If an item is purchased in-store, exchange or store-credit is accepted within 7 days from time of purchase. However, sale items, gift cards, consignment items, earrings, vintage pieces, apothecary/skincare products, and intimates are all final sale. 

Clothing items should be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached. Some exceptions can apply, please contact us at patinabaystudio@gmail.com regarding the return policy.

A receipt is required at the time of return and we do not give cash refunds.

SHIPPING EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

If you would like to exchange or refund a purchase that is made online and shipped to you, you must email patinabaystudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. You will then be sent the full exchange or return instructions. There are no exchanges or returns on sale items, intimates, vintage, earrings, gift cards, apothecary, or purchases made with discount codes. 

The item being returned must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all the with all original tags and packaging. Each item will be inspected to ensure this. 

The cost to send back an item for return, exchange, or any other reason will be the buyer's responsibility. 

To start a return, please email patinabaystudio@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1606 Stanley Avenue, Victoria BC, Canada, V8R3W7. 

Once the item is returned to us we will provide you with a store credit or ship out any items you would like to exchange for.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

In order to accommodate gifting and returns during the holidays, all purchases made after November 15th are eligible to be returned for exchange until January 7th.
